§63-427.23. Promulgation of rules to implement provisions of act.

A. The State Commissioner of Health, the Oklahoma Tax Commission, the State Treasurer, the Secretary of State and the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall promulgate rules to implement the provisions of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.

B. The Medical Marijuana Advisory Council, in addition to the powers and duties granted in Section 423 of this title, may recommend to the State Commissioner of Health rules relating to all aspects regarding the safe cultivation and manufacturing of medical marijuana products. In addition to the twelve (12) members required in Section 423 of this title, the State Department of Health may appoint up to eight additional members. The makeup of the Council shall include medical marijuana industry representation.
