Title 63. Public Health and Safety
§63-427.23. Promulgation of rules to implement provisions of act.
Universal Citation: 63 OK Stat § 63-427.23 (2019)
A. The State Commissioner of Health, the Oklahoma Tax Commission, the State Treasurer, the Secretary of State and the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall promulgate rules to implement the provisions of this act.
B. The Food Safety Standards Board, in addition to the powers and duties granted in Section 423 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, may recommend to the State Commissioner of Health rules relating to all aspects of the cultivation and manufacture of medical marijuana products.
