Chapter 1317 - RETAIL INSTALLMENT SALES
Section 1317.99 - Penalty.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 1317.99 (2019)
(A) Whoever willfully violates sections 1317.01 to 1317.11, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
