Section 1717.11 - Liability to owner in damages.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 1717.11 (2018)
A person guilty of cruelty to an animal which is the property of another shall be liable to the owner of the animal in damages, in addition to the penalties prescribed by law.
