§ 942.12. Prosecution proceedings.
The prosecuting attorney or city director of law to whom the director of agriculture reports any violation of
sections 942.01 to
942.11 of the Revised Code shall institute prosecution proceedings in any court of record in whose jurisdiction the defendant resides, where his licensed place of business is located, or where the violation occurs.
