[§ 941.04.2] § 941.042. Application for search warrant.
If the director of agriculture or his authorized representative is denied access or admission to any premises, vehicle, or conveyance to which access or admission is authorized by
section 941.04 of the Revised Code, he may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for a search warrant allowing the access or admission.
