§ 901.32. Ohio farm loan fund.
 

Funds and the proceeds of the trust assets which are not authorized to be administered by the secretary of agriculture of the United States under section 901.31 of the Revised Code shall be paid to and received by the director of agriculture, and paid by him into the state treasury to the credit of the Ohio farm loan fund, which is hereby created. Money credited to the fund may be expended or obligated by the director for such of the rural rehabilitation purposes permissible under the charter of the now dissolved Ohio rural rehabilitation corporation as are agreed upon by the director and the secretary of agriculture or for the purposes of section 901.31 of the Revised Code. 
 

All moneys received from investment of the fund shall be credited to the fund. 
 

All moneys received by the director resulting from the operation of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
