§ 901.07. County with no society.
In a county having no agricultural society organized and conducted as described in
section 901.06 of the Revised Code, a majority of the presidents of the farmers' institutes of the county holding meetings under the auspices of the trustees of the Ohio state university may choose a representative to the annual meeting provided for in such section, who, upon a proper certificate of his appointment, shall be entitled to all the privileges conferred on representatives from agricultural societies.
