§ 5709.24. Rules for administration.
The tax commissioner may adopt rules to administer
sections 5709.20 to
5709.27 of the Revised Code.

Not analogous to former RC § 5709.24 (130 v 1306; 135 v H 621). RC § 5709.24 was repealed and reenacted in 150 v H 95, eff 6-26-03.
The effective date is set by section 183 of H.B. 95 (150 v - ).
