[§ 5111.01.13] § 5111.0113. Eligibility of children in custody of agency or in subsidized adoption for Medicaid.
Children who are in the temporary or permanent custody of a certified public or private nonprofit agency or institution or in adoptions subsidized under division (B) of
section 5153.163 [5153.16.3] of the Revised Code are eligible for medical assistance through the medicaid program established under
section 5111.01 of the Revised Code.
