§ 5101.71. County departments of job and family services to implement provisions; training.
 

(A)  The county departments of job and family services shall implement sections 5101.60 to 5101.71 of the Revised Code. The department of job and family services may provide a program of ongoing, comprehensive, formal training to county departments and other agencies authorized to implement sections 5101.60 to 5101.71 of the Revised Code. Training shall not be limited to the procedures for implementing section 5101.62 of the Revised Code. 

(B)  The director of job and family services may adopt rules in accordance with section 111.15 of the Revised Code governing the county departments' implementation of sections 5101.60 to 5101.71 of the Revised Code. The rules adopted pursuant to this division may include a requirement that the county departments provide on forms prescribed by the rules a plan of proposed expenditures, and a report of actual expenditures, of funds necessary to implement sections 5101.60 to 5101.71 of the Revised Code.
