§ 4921.32. Violation of chapter prohibited.
No motor transportation company, officer, agent, or employee of a motor transportation company, or other corporation, company, association, joint-stock association, person, firm, or copartnership, shall violate, or procure, aid, or abet the violation of
sections 4921.02 to
4921.32, inclusive, of the Revised Code, or fail to comply with any order, decision, rule, or regulation of the public utilities commission, or procure, aid, or abet any motor transportation company in its failure to comply with such order, decision, rule, or regulation. Information of a conviction of a violation of this section shall be reported to the commission by the clerk of the court in which such conviction was obtained or, if there is no clerk, by the presiding officer of the court. Such report shall be made a part of the records of the commission relating to such motor transportation company.
