§ 4582.59. Provisions to be liberally construed.
Sections 4582.22 to
4582.59 of the Revised Code and division (C) of
section 4582.06 of the Revised Code being necessary for the welfare of the state and its inhabitants shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes thereof.

Effect of Amendments
S.B. 123, Acts 2002, effective January 1, 2004, substituted "4582.59" for "4582.99"; and inserted "and division (C) of
section 4582.06 of the Revised Code."
