2006 Ohio Revised Code - 4303.01. Definitions.
As used in
sections 4303.01 to
4303.37 of the Revised Code, "intoxicating liquor," "liquor," "sale," "sell," "vehicle," "alcohol," "beer," "wine," "mixed beverages," "spirituous liquor," "sealed container," "person," "manufacture," "manufacturer," "wholesale distributor," "distributor," "hotel," "restaurant," "club," "night club," "at retail," "pharmacy," and "enclosed shopping center" have the same meanings as in
section 4301.01 of the Revised Code.
