§ 3115.59. Severability of provisions.
If any provision of
sections 3115.01 to
3115.59 of the Revised Code or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of those sections which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of those sections are severable.
