§ 2951.10. Final order.
 

An order suspending the imposition of a sentence for a misdemeanor under section 2929.25 of the Revised Code and placing the defendant under a community control sanction is a final order from which appeal may be prosecuted.

The effective date is set by section 4 of H.B. 490. 

 

Effect of Amendments

H.B. 490, Acts 2002, effective January 1, 2004, in only paragraph, inserted "for a misdemeanor under section 2929.25 of the Revised Code," and "under a community control sanction," and deleted "on probation" following "defendant".
