§ 1547.78. Gifts and bequests.
The division of watercraft, in carrying out
sections 1547.71 to
1547.78, inclusive, of the Revised Code, may accept, receive, and expend gifts, devises, or bequests of money, lands, or other properties under the terms set forth in
section 9.20 of the Revised Code.
