§ 58‑71‑25.  Procedure for surrender.

After there has been a breach of the undertaking in a bail bond, the surety may surrender the defendant as provided in G.S. 15A‑540. (1963, c. 1225, s. 6; 1975, c. 619, s. 1; 2000‑133, s. 7.)
