§ 16-131.5 Inquiries and subpoena power. The commissioner shall have the power to conduct such inquiries as may assist him or her in the performance of the functions of the department pursuant to sections 16-117.1, 16-120.1, 16-119, 16-130, 16-131, 16-131.1, 16-131.2, 16-131.3, 16-131.4 or 16-133 of this chapter and for such purpose shall have subpoena power to compel the attendance of witnesses, to administer oaths, examine witness and to compel the production of books, papers and documents.
