2006 New York Code - Dumping Snow And Ice From Piers.



 
    §  16-125  Dumping snow and ice from piers. The commissioner may cause
  or authorize snow and ice to be dumped into the waters of  the  port  of
  New York, between the piers near the inshore ends.
