ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 2021, ch. 133, § 4 repealed 74-2-5.3 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 2009, ch. 98, § 1, relating to duties and powers of environmental improvement board and local board for attainment and maintenance of national ambient air quality standards for ozone, effective July 1, 2021.
