Section 53-6-13 - Mergers or consolidations.

Universal Citation: NM Stat § 53-6-13 (2020)

A professional corporation shall consolidate or merge only with another domestic professional corporation organized to render the same specific professional service.

Severability. — Laws 1963, ch. 16, § 14, provided for the severability of the act if any part or application thereof is held invalid.
