Chapter 12 - Miscellaneous Public Affairs Matters
Article 1 - Compilation Commission
Section 12-1-3.1 - Additional powers of commission.
The New Mexico compilation commission may publish, distribute or sell and keep current automated legal databases of the following legal publications, including any revisions:
A. New Mexico reports;
B. New Mexico municipal benchbook;
C. New Mexico magistrate benchbook;
D. advance opinions, compliance guides and informational pamphlets issued by the attorney general of New Mexico;
E. publications of laws and court and administrative rules of this state;
F. indices of attorney general opinions; and
G. parallel tables of New Mexico laws.

The 2006 amendment, effective July 1, 2006, deleted the provision that the commission act through the secretary; deleted Subsection D relating to the New Mexico juvenile probation officers manual and added a new Subsection E relating to publication of laws and court and administrative rules of the state.
