59A-23B-10.2. Coverage of children.
The provisions of Sections 59A-22-34.2, 59A-23-7.2, 59A-46-38.1 and 59A-47-38 [59A-47-37 NMSA 1978] NMSA 1978 shall apply to policies or plans issued in the state on or after July 1, 1994.
