3-60-9. Definition; community development project.

As used in the Community Development Law [ 3-60-1 to 3-60-37 NMSA 1978] "community development project" includes undertakings or activities by a municipality, as authorized by the Community Development Law, in one or more community development areas conducted for the purpose of the elimination of either slum or blight or both or the prevention of the development or spread of slum or blight or both including, but not limited to, clearance and redevelopment, rehabilitation and conservation activities as defined herein.
