3-60-16. Definition; obligee.

As used in the Community Development Law [ 3-60-1 to 3-60-37 NMSA 1978] "obligee" includes any bondholder, agents or trustees for any bondholders, or lessor demising to the municipality property used in connection with a community development project, or any assignee or assignees, such lessor's interest or any part thereof, and the federal government when it is a party to any contract with the municipality.
