3-60-14. Definition; real property.

As used in the Community Development Law [ 3-60-1 to 3-60-37 NMSA 1978] "real property" includes all lands including buildings, improvements and fixtures thereon, and property of any nature appurtenant thereto, or used in connection therewith, and every estate, interest, right and use, legal or equitable, therein, including terms-for-years leaseholds and liens by way of judgment, mortgage or otherwise.
