Section 206:14 - Severability.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 206:14 (2020)
206:14 Severability. –
The rules and regulations of the executive director promulgated under the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be severable and if any provision or the application thereof shall be held invalid, the remainder shall not be affected thereby.
