Section 206:14-a - Delegation.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 206:14-a (2020)
206:14-a Delegation. –
At the discretion of the executive director of the fish and game department, the chief of game management and research shall be empowered to perform all the duties and exercise all the powers conferred upon said executive director as an ex officio member of the pesticide control board.
