Chapter 449A - Care and Rights of Patients
NRS 449A.227 - "Physical restraint" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449A.227 (2022)
"Physical restraint" means the use of physical contact to limit a person’s movement or hold a person immobile.
