Chapter 449A - Care and Rights of Patients
NRS 449A.224 - "Person with a disability" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449A.224 (2022)
"Person with a disability" means a person who:
1. Has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of the person;
2. Has a record of such an impairment; or
3. Is regarded as having such an impairment.
