Chapter 449 - Medical Facilities and Other Related Entities
NRS 449.03015 - Facility for the dependent or medical facility that employs providers of peer support services not required to obtain additional license. [Effective through December 31, 2021.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449.03015 (2022)
A person who is licensed pursuant to this chapter as a facility for the dependent or a medical facility and who employs persons to provide peer support services is not required to obtain an additional license as a peer support recovery organization.
