Chapter 449 - Medical Facilities and Other Related Entities
NRS 449.03013 - Facility for the dependent or medical facility that employs community health workers not required to obtain additional license.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449.03013 (2022)
A person who is licensed pursuant to this chapter as a facility for the dependent or medical facility and who employs community health workers is not required to obtain an additional license as a community health worker pool.
