Chapter 31 - Attachment, Garnishment and Other Extraordinary Remedies
NRS 31.820 - Plaintiff may order discharge of prisoner; effect of discharge.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 31.820 (2022)
The plaintiff in the action may, at any time, order the prisoner to be discharged, and the prisoner shall not thereafter be liable to imprisonment for the same cause of action.
