Chapter 31 - Attachment, Garnishment and Other Extraordinary Remedies
NRS 31.810 - Effect of discharge; judgment remains in force.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 31.810 (2022)

The prisoner, after being so discharged, shall be forever exempt from arrest and imprisonment for the same debt; but the judgment against the prisoner shall remain in full force against any estate, present or future, of the prisoner, not exempt from execution.
