Chapter 281 - General Provisions
NRS 281.090 - Deputies and clerks to perform work for state boards and commissions without compensation.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 281.090 (2021)
Whenever any deputy or clerk in any state office is appointed as clerk or secretary of any state board or commission by the board, commission or the Legislature, the person shall serve as such clerk or secretary without compensation unless compensation is specifically fixed by law.
