Chapter 281 - General Provisions
NRS 281.080 - Deputy to take official oath.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 281.080 (2021)
When any officer is authorized or required by law to appoint a deputy, the deputy, before proceeding to act, shall take the same oath as the principal of the deputy.
