Chapter 218A - Legislative Department Generally
NRS 218A.809 - "Chair" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 218A.809 (2021)
"Chair" means the chair of a committee or any other member of the committee who is serving as the presiding officer of the committee.
