Chapter 218A - Legislative Department Generally
NRS 218A.806 - "Authorized remote-technology system" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 218A.806 (2021)
"Authorized remote-technology system" means any system or other means of communication which is approved by the Director and which uses any electronic, digital or other similar technology to enable a person from a remote location to attend, participate, vote or take any other action in any committee meeting even though the person is not physically present at the committee meeting.
