Chapter 704 - Regulation of Public Utilities Generally
NRS 704.7826 - Certain providers not subject to jurisdiction of Commission.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 704.7826 (2020)
Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, a provider of electric service that is subject to NRS 704.787 is not subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission.
