Chapter 704 - Regulation of Public Utilities Generally
NRS 704.78253 - Reports by certain providers not subject to jurisdiction of Commission.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 704.78253 (2020)
A provider of electric service that is subject to NRS 704.787 shall, on or before July 1 of each year, submit to the Director of the Office of Energy appointed pursuant to NRS 701.150 a report that contains the information described in subsection 4 of NRS 704.7825.
