Chapter 704 - Regulation of Public Utilities Generally
NRS 704.7614 - "Earnings-sharing mechanism" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 704.7614 (2020)
"Earnings-sharing mechanism" means a mechanism designed by the Commission that requires an electric utility to share earnings with its customers.
