NRS 704.7613 - "Decoupling mechanism" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 704.7613 (2020)
"Decoupling mechanism" means a mechanism that disassociates an electric utility’s financial performance and results from the sales of electricity by the electric utility.
