Chapter 455 - Excavations and High-Voltage Lines
NRS 455.103 - "Unexpected occurrence" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 455.103 (2020)
"Unexpected occurrence" includes, but is not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake or other cause of the movement of the soil, or a riot, an accident, a motor vehicle crash or an act of sabotage that causes damage to a subsurface installation which requires immediate repair.
