Chapter 455 - Excavations and High-Voltage Lines
NRS 455.101 - "Subsurface installation" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 455.101 (2020)
"Subsurface installation" means a pipeline, force main, supply line, conductor, conduit, cable, duct, wire, communications line, sewer line, storm drain, other drain line or other structure that is located underground.
