Chapter 426 - Persons With Disabilities
NRS 426.526 - "Vocational rehabilitation services" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 426.526 (2020)
"Vocational rehabilitation services" means any goods and services necessary to prepare a person who is blind to engage in competitive integrated employment or to determine the rehabilitation potential of the person.
