Chapter 426 - Persons With Disabilities
NRS 426.523 - "Substantial impediment to employment" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 426.523 (2020)
"Substantial impediment to employment" means that a loss or impairment of eyesight, in light of attendant medical, psychological, vocational, cultural, social or environmental factors, hampers a person’s occupational performance by preventing the person from obtaining, retaining or preparing for competitive integrated employment consistent with the capabilities and abilities of the person.
