Chapter 284 - State Personnel System
NRS 284.100 - Employees of Division.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 284.100 (2020)
The Administrator shall appoint such employees of the Division and such expert and special assistants as may be necessary to carry out effectively the provisions of this chapter.
