NRS 284.091 - Hearing officers: Appointment; duties.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 284.091 (2020)
A majority of the members of the Commission shall appoint one or more hearing officers to conduct hearings and render decisions as provided in NRS 284.376 and 284.390.
