Chapter 211 - Local Facilities for Detention
NRS 211.115 - Appointment of administrator.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 211.115 (2020)
In a county in which a metropolitan police department is established, the governing body of any participating city may:
1. Establish a department of detention and may appoint a person to administer the detention facilities; or
2. Appoint a person to administer its jail.
